About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper
to join our accounting team in Islamabad. You will work with
international clients
(mainly from the
US
) and manage their full bookkeeping cycle using
QuickBooks Online, Xero.

This role is ideal for someone with at least
3 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
, who is organized, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    end-to-end bookkeeping
    for multiple clients
  • Manage
    accounts payable and receivable
    , including invoicing and collections
  • Handle
    bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process payroll
    and ensure accurate records
  • Prepare and review
    financial reports
  • Communicate with clients to answer queries and provide support

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2-3 years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
    (US GAAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus but not mandatory
