Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will handle daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records and prepare/review financial information. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping tasks, using QBO and related software, and reconciling accounts. This role is strictly based in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan. Resumes outside of these cities will not be acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Bookkeeping
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Software, specially QBO, and managing financial data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • It is extremely important that the person is
    hardworking
    and
    honest
    with his work.
  • This role is
    not
    for people with high level of experience.
  • Starting salary will be PKR 70,000 however it will be a good learning experience for a person gaining initial experience and the salary could be increased depending on performance over next year.
  • 8 hours of daily work (9am-5pm) will be required with Saturday and Sunday off.
  • Initially the person can be expected to work more to get upto pace.
  • This rule is suited best to a person who has just completed bachelors and is in process of/or looking towards ACCA or CIMA qualification and is responsible and dedicated to the field.
