- About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to support our outbound sales strategy and nurture leads. This role requires strong knowledge of modern email marketing tools, effective copywriting, and a data-driven approach to achieve high engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement email marketing strategies tailored for outbound campaigns.
Create effective B2B cold email sequences and drip campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.
Perform email warm-up processes to ensure high deliverability and improved sender reputation.
Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and suggest improvements to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
Continuously research and apply best practices in email outreach, personalization, and automation.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.
Strong copywriting and personalization skills to craft compelling cold and warm emails.
Basic understanding of deliverability, spam filters, and campaign optimization techniques.
Experience working with international markets (UAE, KSA) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
