Job Description:

We are hiring a Head of Sticker & Printing Design to take full responsibility for sticker designing, artwork management, and off-set printing operations. The role requires leadership, creativity, and technical knowledge to manage the entire sticker/label design and printing process from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of product stickers, labels, and related print materials.
  • Supervise and ensure quality control of all sticker and printing projects.
  • Coordinate with printing presses/vendors for off-set printing.
  • Approve final layouts, designs, and proofs before printing.
  • Manage timelines and ensure delivery of printing materials as per production requirements.
  • Work closely with production, branding, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Maintain and update sticker/label archives for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Printing Technology, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
  • Proven experience in sticker/label designing and printing management.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure quality at every stage.

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
