Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to our CEO. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel plans
  • Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, departments, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
  • Support the CEO in business and personal commitments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience as a Secretary/PA preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks
