
Executive Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to our CEO. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, departments, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
- Support the CEO in business and personal commitments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Prior experience as a Secretary/PA preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks
