The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's IT operations by maintaining systems, networks, and equipment, ensuring smooth and secure daily technology operations. This role involves coordinating IT-related projects, assisting users with technical issues, and liaising between technical staff and other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity, security, and access issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with company policy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
  • Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT-related projects and system upgrades.
  • Train staff on new technologies, tools, and security best practices.
