Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced and proactive UK Taxi/Cab Dispatchers to join our expanding operations team. We're looking for individuals who are organized, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in dispatch coordination — especially within the cab or transportation industry — we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently assign cabs to meet incoming ride requests and ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust driver schedules and routes for optimal performance.
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers to manage updates, delays, or route adjustments.
  • Record accurate trip logs, driver activities, and dispatch reports.
  • Ensure dispatch operations comply with company standards and transportation regulations.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and care.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cab, taxi, or transportation dispatching role.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and route optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
