is hiring on behalf of a client for the position of
**Manager IT**
— a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure and ERP systems, and driving digital transformation across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

* Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional IT teams across different business units.

* Advise senior management on emerging technologies and their strategic business value.

2. Infrastructure Management

* Oversee the design, scalability, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, data centers, and cloud platforms.

* Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security.

* Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

3. ERP Systems Management

* Lead ERP implementation, integration, and enhancement (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve ERP modules and reporting capabilities.

* Utilize ERP systems to strengthen business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

4. Network & Cybersecurity

* Design and manage secure network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls).

* Implement robust cybersecurity measures to minimize risk and ensure compliance.

5. Software & Application Management

* Supervise development and maintenance of in-house software and system integrations.

* Manage software licensing, upgrades, and deployment of productivity tools.

6. Governance, Risk & Compliance

* Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.

* Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance audits.

7. Innovation & Digital Transformation

* Lead initiatives in automation, digitization, and process optimization.

* Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and cloud-native solutions.

* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT function.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA in IT/MIS preferred).

* Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

* Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP management, networking, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity.
