About Us

Swapp is a dynamic car-rental & subscription company operating in Dubai. We are expanding our Managed Marketplace team and seeking a reliable Logistics Coordinator/Associate to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality dispatch of supplier vehicles to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As the Logistics Coordinator for the Managed Marketplace business you will:

• Coordinate dispatch of supplier-inventory vehicles: ensure that vehicles from supplier yards are dispatched on time to assigned drivers and ultimately delivered to customers.
• Proactively monitor and manage delivery delays: contact suppliers to confirm vehicle readiness, contact drivers to ensure hand-over from supplier yard, and follow up through to customer delivery.
• Schedule and align driver assignments with supplier hand-over times: ensure drivers arrive at supplier yards when allocated vehicles are ready, and that delivery to end-customer occurs smoothly.
• Act as the operational link between supplier yard, driver and customer: ensure all parties are informed, aligned and working to delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Track and record key performance metrics: delay % (vehicles dispatched/handed-over/delivered on time) and customer complaints related to delivery or vehicle quality.
• Raise issues and coordinate resolution: when delays or quality issues occur, escalate appropriately, update internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, communication records and hand-over documentation.
• Support other ad-hoc logistic tasks within the Managed Marketplace team as required.

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Percentage of vehicles dispatched from supplier yards on time.
• Percentage of vehicles handed over to drivers on schedule.
• Percentage of deliveries made to customers within the agreed timeframe.
• Number and severity of complaints relating to vehicle delivery quality (e.g., condition of vehicle, hand-over process).
• Responsiveness in resolving delays or hand‐over issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven coordination/operations or logistics support experience (1-2 years preferred) — ideally in a transport, vehicle-rental or field-operations environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — able to liaise with suppliers, drivers and internal teams.
• Excellent time-management, prioritisation and organisational skills — able to track multiple hand-overs and delivery schedules.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset — anticipate issues (supplier delay, driver late arrival) and act to mitigate.
• Comfortable with phone calls, follow-up and escalation to ensure on-time hand-overs and deliveries.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word, email, scheduling tools).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ideally based in Islamabad and able to work typical business hours; some flexibility may be needed depending on delivery schedules.
