Job Description

We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Female Customer Service Specialist for our Lahore office.

An ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Connect and process telephone requests.
  • Receive/Manage incoming/ inbound calls.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently provided.
  • Can manage heavy call volume efficiently.
  • Maintain the database and other systems available.
  • Write and draft professional emails.
  • Handle day to day general queries and booking via email and calls.
  • Work cooperatively as part of a team to ensure that priority tasks are carried out effectively and meet the required deadlines.
  • Be tactful and have respect for the need for confidentiality to all parties concerned, including members of staff, customers and sessional staff.

Education:

  • Graduated

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills required, including clear articulation, active listening, and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Fluent in in English speaking
  • Efficient in processing inbound calls and queries.

Previous experience in customer service from UK, USA or Canadian-based company would be plus
