We help restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food retail businesses grow by enabling them to go digital through branded websites, online ordering systems, mobile apps, and marketing support. ORDRZ is designed to streamline food business operations and boost direct sales through practical and scalable technology solutions.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-person visits to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, and other food businesses in Lahore.
  • Present and pitch digital solutions like branded websites, online ordering systems, and apps.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that improve their operations.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with professionalism.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and client retention.
  • Track sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM or task tools.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales and onboarding targets.
  • Report on-ground insights to cross functional teams for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development preferably in SAAS and food tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. BBA/MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • This is a commission-based role, and earnings will depend on sales performance with clear monthly targets and incentives.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant or food retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face client meetings.
  • Ability to explain digital products and tools in simple, practical terms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on meeting sales targets.
  • Comfortable traveling across Lahore for daily client visits.
  • Familiarity with Lahore's food and hospitality scene is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85, Rs120,000.00 per month
