What you'll do:


•⁠  ⁠Partner with managers and teams to support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.


•⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.


•⁠  ⁠Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.


•⁠  ⁠Assist in implementing compensation structures, benefits programs, and career progression frameworks.


•⁠  ⁠Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.


•⁠  ⁠Support special HR projects, training initiatives, and employee experience programs.

Requirements


•⁠  ⁠3+ years of HR experience, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.


•⁠  ⁠Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance.


•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.


•⁠  ⁠Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving team.
