Job Summary

As an HR Associate for PK Operations, you will actively support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR functions. You'll serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, manage HR records, liaise with third-party vendors, and ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation who enjoys balancing people-focused work with process-driven responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding: prepare new hire paperwork, set up orientation, and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
  • Coordinate with managers to define hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, leave records, and performance documentation.
  • Track attendance and maintain compliance with HR policies.
  • Manage employee equipment issuance, repairs, and inventory tracking.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain up-to-date HR databases.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees and managers, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, training, and performance discussions.

Third-Party & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with third parties such as medical insurance providers, benefits partners, and training vendors.
  • Ensure smooth processing of medical insurance claims and other employee benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to support HR operations.

Administration & Support

  • Schedule HR-related meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with planning and execution of company events.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager and department heads.

  • Experience: 4+ years in HR roles with focus on recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Honest, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail, Drive).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Skilled at building relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.

Success Metrics

  • Recruitment needs fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Timely onboarding experience for every new hire.
  • Strong employee satisfaction and engagement through effective HR support.
  • Smooth third-party/vendor coordination with zero backlog in claims or benefits processing.
  • Accurate and timely HR documentation and attendance reporting.
