About the Role:

We are seeking a
Senior HR Officer
to manage core HR functions including recruitment, staff relations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation across both institutions. The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies
  • Handle staff grievances and provide HR support
  • Manage payroll coordination and attendance systems
  • Assist in training & development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in education sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
