Job Summary:

Asra Communication is a growing organization specializing in online and distance learning solutions, including Quran Academies. We are seeking a Male Sales Manager for our night shift who has proven experience in sales and team management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales management within a distance learning environment, online Quran academy, or a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for online Quran academy and distance learning services.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients (local & international).
  • Oversee daily sales operations during the night shift and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales staff.
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Male (required for night shift)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Distance learning, online Quran academy, or other relevant sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
