Globe Call Centre is looking for skilled and proactive UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our rapidly expanding operations team. We are seeking candidates who are organized, quick on their feet, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment. If you bring hands-on experience in dispatch coordination—particularly within the UK taxi or transportation sector—we would be excited to welcome you to our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and assign ride bookings to ensure timely, dependable service.
  • Oversee driver routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments throughout the day.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with both drivers and customers, providing updates and assistance as needed.
  • Accurately log trip details, driver performance information, and daily dispatch activity.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and applicable transportation guidelines.
  • Address customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and a service-focused attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in cab, taxi, or transportation dispatch.
  • Strong understanding of dispatch systems, GPS tracking tools, and route optimization.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, customer-oriented approach to work.
