About the Role

Digital Knock is hiring a
Digital Ad Campaign Specialist
to lead
performance-driven campaigns
across multiple clients and industries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end campaign execution
— from planning and optimization to social media management and performance reporting.

This position requires a results-oriented marketer who is both
data-savvy and strategically creative
, with hands-on expertise in
Meta Ads, Google PPC, SEO, and digital analytics tools
.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    .
  • Develop multi-channel ad funnels to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, analyze CPC, CTR, and CPL daily, and ensure performance KPIs are met.
  • Conduct ongoing
    A/B testing
    for audience sets, placements, and creatives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain
    all client social media pages
    (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule and upload regular posts
    with consistent brand alignment and proper timing.
  • Ensure monthly content calendars are executed accurately.
  • Respond to engagement insights and recommend content improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement and monitor tracking tools (
    GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API
    ).
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly client-wise performance reports
    using Excel and analytics dashboards.
  • Provide
    detailed improvement insights and strategy recommendations
    at month-end for each client.
  • Track ad spend, ROI, and report all KPIs transparently.

SEO & Optimization

  • Support SEO initiatives (keyword optimization, on-page/off-page coordination).
  • Recommend landing page improvements to increase conversion rates.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
    .
  • Proven ability to
    manage multiple client campaigns
    simultaneously.
  • Expertise in
    social media scheduling tools
    (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong command over
    Excel
    , Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards for reporting.
  • Familiarity with
    GA4, GTM, Meta Conversion API, and CRM integrations
    .
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
