Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives across Pakistan. The BDM will be responsible for developing market strategies, acquiring high-value clients, and strengthening dealer/distributor partnerships, ensuring LVtopsun's position as a leading lithium battery brand in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nationwide business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with dealers, distributors, and large-scale clients.
  • Expand LVtopsun's presence in solar, energy storage, and industrial power markets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Represent LVtopsun at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales pipelines, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (renewable energy/solar/batteries preferred).
  • Strong professional network within the renewable energy and power sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage nationwide business operations.
  • Willingness to travel across Pakistan frequently.
