We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional female receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor.
