Lead Art Generalist (2D/3D Animation)

Location: Lahore

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Art Generalist with strong expertise in 2D and 3D art and hands-on animation experience to lead and inspire our creative team. You'll be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our games, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all art assets — from concept to final production.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the art production pipeline for both 2D and 3D assets.

  • Create and oversee high-quality character, environment, and prop designs.

  • Develop animations that bring characters and worlds to life.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and producers to ensure artistic vision aligns with gameplay.

  • Mentor and guide junior artists to maintain creative excellence.

  • Ensure art assets are optimized for performance and meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 years of professional experience in the gaming or animation industry.

  • Strong skills in both 2D and 3D art (concepting, modeling, texturing, lighting).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Unity/Unreal Engine.

  • Demonstrated animation experience (character, environment, or cinematic).

  • Strong artistic sense of color, composition, and storytelling.

  • Leadership experience or proven ability to guide and mentor artists.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile game art pipelines.

  • Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and shader creation.

  • Passion for gaming and an eye for detail.
