Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in revenue-driven international recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in key account management and client relationships.
  • Skilled in recruitment metrics, tools, and best practices.
  • Commercially focused, results-driven, and effective at leading diverse teams.
