About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training, development programs, and workshops.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Provide support in performance management processes, including appraisals and evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
  • Prepare and share HR-related reports such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1-2 as an HR Executive / HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
