Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years (preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup)

Qualification:
MBA / BBA (HR or related field)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, EOBI, ESSI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate administrative operations including office management, housekeeping, and vendor handling.
  • Assist management in disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS / ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
