Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email databases, and other tools.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages with strong written communication.
  • Connect and engage with decision-makers on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads through conversations, ensuring they align with our ideal client profile.
  • Maintain an organized and updated lead database (CRM).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and hand over qualified leads.
  • Track outreach performance, test strategies, and continuously improve lead generation methods.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
    – both written and verbal.
  • Strong command of professional English for business communication.
  • Proven ability to use
    LinkedIn
    for prospecting and outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools ).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, SDR, or business development role is a plus.
