Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Quetta. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, handling communications, assisting executives, and performing clerical duties. This role requires coordination with various departments and maintaining records and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficient Clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
