Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
