Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Nawaz Group Of Companies, located in Multan. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused CSR who will act as the first point of contact for clients, while also providing coordination and administrative support. This role is a blend of customer service and coordinator duties.

Key Responsibilites

  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients professionally and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients with information about services, appointments, or follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a
    CSR
    preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach.
