Role Description

This is a commission-based, remote role for a Facebook Group Growth Manager. The role involves growing our Facebook community by bringing in active and relevant members, increasing engagement, and supporting product marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include executing growth strategies, analyzing group performance, engaging members with posts and discussions, and coordinating with the marketing team to promote partner products effectively. This is a performance-based position, rewarding results and consistent growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and growth-oriented mindset

Proficiency in social media management, especially Facebook groups

Solid analytical skills to track and optimize group performance

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets

Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, or affiliate promotions is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
