The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth for
Techelix
by identifying, pursuing, and converting potential business opportunities across online platforms such as Fiverr, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelance or B2B networks. This role involves researching client requirements, engaging with potential leads, crafting tailored outreach messages and proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales process to build and maintain a strong business pipeline.
The Executive will work closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams to generate qualified leads, nurture client relationships, track sales performance, and contribute strategically to Techelix's expansion in the global software and AI development market.

Responsibilties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, and other B2B or freelance networks.
- Research potential clients, market trends, and competitor offerings in the technology, software, and digital solutions sectors.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified prospects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and service capabilities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting on progress, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth, market expansion, and partnership development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI developments to identify new areas of business potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (or strong internship background) in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the tech or digital industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and online sales platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, or Upwork.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
