This is a part-time, fully flexible role for an experienced Upwork closer who knows how to consistently win high-value contracts. Your job is straightforward: bring in high-quality clients, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Target & Acquire: Find and pursue high-value opportunities on Upwork.
  • Craft & Win: Write persuasive, customised proposals that convert.
  • Lead Engagement: Respond to leads promptly, establish trust, and guide them toward a successful close.
  • Negotiate & Close: Handle pricing and scope confidently to secure premium contracts.
  • Optimise: Continuously improve the approach to maintain high win rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in winning multiple high-ticket contracts on Upwork
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, ranking, and visibility
  • Excellent proposal writing and deal-closing skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated and highly results-oriented. We measure performance, not hours worked
