Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead
for our Collection Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collection agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring collection targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the collection team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain collection reports using MS Excel.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead (preferably in a collection or call center department).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
