Position Overview

As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will support healthcare providers with patient scheduling, medical records management, and coordination of billing inquiries. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications.
  • Manage and update patient medical records with precision.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries, liaise with insurance companies, and support claim processes.
  • Provide secure communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, and billing software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Fresh graduate in D-Pharmacy, DPT, or any medical-related field.
  • Open to candidates residing in Johar Town or nearby areas only

Requirements

  • Onsite position only – candidates must be based in Johar Town or nearby areas (Lahore).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, and billing software (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates in D-Pharmacy, DPT, or related medical fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
