Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development (Cold Calling Agent) located in F-6 Islamabad. The Sales Development Agent will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails, managing and nurturing leads, and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients, preparing sales pitches, making cold calls, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the B2B market or related industry is a plus
