Job Description:

  • Talent hunting and searching potential candidates using different portals, i.e. LinkedIn, , & WhatsApp

  • Screening resumes from marketing campaigns, website, and career email.
  • Conducting telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews for (Fresh/Technical Hiring), communicating with hiring managers on interviews and selection.
  • Conducting In-person Interviews whenever required.
  • Handling the company's social media accounts.
  • Posting ads on different social platforms.
  • Making confirmation calls to the selected candidates for joining's.

Requirements:
