We are hiring a driven and confident sales closer who understands the creative industry and knows how to turn conversations into contracts. If you thrive on closing deals, finding high-value prospects, and selling premium creative solutions, this role is for you.

Role Overview:

You will represent Hizen to new clients. Your focus will be identifying leads, nurturing them, pitching our services, and closing deals. A strong understanding of social media and creative strategy is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, research, and qualify new prospects

* Pitch Hizen's services with clarity and confidence

* Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups

* Develop tailored proposals based on client needs

* Collaborate with creative and strategy teams

* Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM records

* Meet monthly sales targets

* Represent Hizen professionally in all communication

Required Skills:

* Strong understanding of social media strategy, trends, and brand communication

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Confident closer with strong objection handling

* Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions

* Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven

* Sales or agency experience is a plus

Compensation:

* Monthly stipend
