Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Evaluator to join our team. The QA Evaluator will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound calls to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound calls to assess the quality of customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to agents for performance enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations and prepare quality reports.
  • Collaborate with team leads and trainers to improve training material and call-handling processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree required).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound call center.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Shift: Morning shift only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37, Rs42,000.00 per month
