We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional command of Google Ads and Bing Ads to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns that drive measurable business results and maximize ROI.

  • Develop, launch, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Create compelling ad copy and design A/B tests to improve click-through rates and conversions
  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad extensions, and campaign settings for maximum performance
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads reporting tools
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution modeling to measure campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI improvement
  • Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
  • Deep understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking implementation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs300,000.00 per month
