Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead Paid (Performance) Marketing Efforts. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution (including content shoots).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for paid growth.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry shifts, and incorporate them creatively into your campaigns.
  • Manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads (and more).
  • Handle community engagement: respond to comments, queries, and maintain brand reputation.
  • Ensure targets (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2–5 years handling multiple social media accounts (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong experience in both organic content marketing and paid performance campaigns.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to create strategies, execute campaigns, and optimize based on data insights.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills with design and production teams.
  • Creativity in adapting industry trends to different brand voices and sectors.
  • Strong portfolio of accounts managed with proven results (growth, engagement, and performance).
  • Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with SEO content integration in social strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience working in digital agencies with diverse clients.
  • Strong grip over Google Ads
