Job Purpose:

To support the operational efficiency and accuracy of BMA Investment Advisors' Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) through precise trade settlement, timely NAV reporting, and data reconciliation. This role ensures integrity in daily investment transactions and accurate portfolio valuations to support internal and client-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation & Transaction Processing

  • Ensure timely and accurate valuation of securities and funds using verified market sources.
  • Enter buy/sell instructions into the ITMIND system and execute moving average calculations for NAV accuracy.
  • Apply PSX rates for daily Mark-to-Market adjustments and Trial Balance reconciliations.

Trade Execution & Settlement

  • Monitor equity trades for compliance with T+2 settlement cycles.
  • Ensure settlement of money market instruments within T+1 cycles in coordination with custodians and counterparties.
  • Track, resolve, and document trade discrepancies or delays.

Client Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Generate and dispatch accurate monthly NAV reports to clients.
  • Reconcile custody statements with internal portfolio records.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of valuations, transactions, and reconciliations.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Maintain process manuals and logs for transactions, valuations, and reports.
  • Suggest improvements in automation and reporting workflows to reduce manual errors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (HEC-recognized).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations or investment management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
