Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager Energy & Production is based in Lahore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution, and managing the technical inspection services. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating project management activities, implementing industry standards, optimizing production processes, managing personnel secondment and placements, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. The role requires regular interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster productivity and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of contracts related to Technical Inspection Services (TIS) and Worldwide Technical Inspection Services (WTIS).
  • Manage the recruitment and staffing of engineers and inspectors for various inspection assignments.
  • Handle operational administration, including invoicing, debt recovery, and record-keeping.
  • Compile and monitor monthly revenue reports and track Work In Progress (WIP).
  • Please make sure quality control and compliance with industry standards during all inspection processes.
  • Act as a primary liaison for clients, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities for the operations department.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience working with a well-known TIC company, with a proven track record in operations management.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of technical inspection services, asset integrity, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
