Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager for Batteries at Pro Energy, located in Lahore District. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying new market opportunities, establishing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, negotiating contracts, and providing regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of the battery market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Customer relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
