Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will handle daily tasks related to export operations, including preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating shipping arrangements, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves liaising with customers, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless export operations. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication channels will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and an understanding of export regulations and compliance.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with logistics related to Ocean and Export operations.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Experience in international trade or logistics is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
