Role Description

  • Monitor and follow up on the timely receipt of export remittances from banks.
  • Track, verify, and reconcile disposal of export remittances and collection payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of export transactions, including discounting, collections, and forward/EFS bookings.
  • Prepare and manage various export-related letters.
  • Communicate with banks to confirm receipt of documents and clarify realization instructions.
  • Coordinate daily with the finance team to secure competitive exchange rates.
  • Prepare and submit detailed export payment reports, including outstanding receivables, for management review.
  • Manage records of Forward / EFS bookings and ensure timely realization of export payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in export finance or remittance handling preferred.
  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export processes
