As we expand our presence on Upwork, we're looking for a motivated Upwork Bidding Expert & Business Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and engage potential clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Write customized and attractive proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed company sales and growth targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • At least 1 year of experience on Upwork or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well in a team.
