Force Cloudz is looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist who can generate high-quality leads, write winning proposals, and convert opportunities into long-term clients. If you have proven Upwork experience and can independently manage bidding and client communication, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's Upwork profile with professionalism.
  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant jobs daily.
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to each client requirement.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand needs and convert them into projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details and prepare proposals.
  • Maintain a high response rate and ensure consistent activity on the platform.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions with proper reporting.
  • Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, job searching, and proposal strategies.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and craft compelling proposals.
  • Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, CRM, Salesforce, Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs135, Rs160,000.00 per month
