We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of PPC platforms, and a passion for driving measurable ROI through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Create engaging ad copy and work with designers on high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in PPC campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce PPC and platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for cross-channel synergy.
  • Experience with remarketing, programmatic, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
