We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various domains. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles and is skilled at building pipelines, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical positions (e.g., developers, engineers, SQA, DevOps)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in IT industry.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals)
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and terminology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
