Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across all platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning


• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO, Email).


• Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.


• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Campaign Management


• Manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.


• Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rate, and lead quality.


• Track, monitor, and report campaign performance weekly/monthly.

Content & Social Media


• Oversee social media calendars, content direction, and execution.


• Work with designers, editors, and copywriters to ensure high-performing creatives.


• Monitor brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Website & SEO


• Manage website content updates and landing pages.


• Improve website performance, SEO, and overall user experience.


• Coordinate with developers for technical/UX improvements.

Analytics & Reporting


• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.


• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.


• Recommend strategies based on data insights.

Team Collaboration


• Manage internal marketing team and coordinate with external vendors/agencies.


• Ensure smooth communication between sales, creative, and development teams.


• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.


• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing.


• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.


• Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and user psychology.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


• Experience with CRM, automation tools, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
