Role Purpose
The Qualitative Research Analyst supports the delivery of expert-driven qualitative research projects. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and assessing experts across industries to provide clients with high-quality insights. Analysts play a hands-on role in recruitment, outreach, compliance checks, and project delivery, ensuring every step reflects Green Minds values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Recruitment
- Execute expert recruitment strategies using Green Minds database, LinkedIn, Boolean search, email, and cold/warm calls.
- Assist in interpreting project briefs and translating them into recruitment targets.
- Ensure all expert outreach follows company protocols, including compliance and sensitivity checks.
- Contribute to timely updates of Master Sheets and expert records.
Expert Engagement
- Reach out to potential experts via LinkedIn, email, and phone, pitching project opportunities professionally.
- Screen experts against project requirements and screener criteria.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule expert consultations, ensuring smooth setup and confirmation.
Compliance & Quality
- Apply compliance training rigorously avoiding blacklisted companies, ensuring ethical recruitment, and protecting data.
- Document expert interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
- Support monitoring of consultations (note-taking, captions, ensuring best practices).
Team & Learning
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to achieve project targets.
- Participate actively in training modules (Recruitment Handbook, Compliance, Boolean Search, Value Chains).
- Continuously develop sourcing skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or related roles (entry-level friendly).
- Strong communication skills comfortable with professional outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret briefs and match experts effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach channels simultaneously.
