Position: Supervisor – Lab & Mixing

Location: Scents N Stories , Karachi Head Office

About the Role:

Help us craft amazing perfumes and aroma fresheners You'll:

Plan monthly & yearly production

Lead and train the mixing team

Oversee perfume mixing & sample making

Manage inventory like a pro

Coordinate smoothly with Production & Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monthly & yearly production plans for perfumes and aroma fresheners.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the mixing team to ensure high performance and quality standards.
  • Oversee fragrance mixing, formula adherence, and preparation of samples.
  • Ensure proper stock management of raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods.
  • Monitor quality control measures to maintain product excellence.
  • Collaborate with Production, Inventory, and R&D teams for smooth operations.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement.
